Dateless Registrations
When registrations first started in the early 1900's, all registrations had no indication on them as to when they were released (this didn't change until the 1960's). You couldn't tell the age of the vehicle by the number plate alone. The original registrations were 1 letter and a series of numbers and then it progressed to more letters and numbers and also numbers then letters. The shorter the registration, the more exclusive it is because there are far fewer available. Below, you can search by providing the letters you are looking for, or the numbers you are looking for. Or, if you are looking to find the shortest available registration, browse by registration size and you can filter the results to look for specific options.
Please fill in the first box to search.
Or browse by size of registration
Many customers are looking for short dateless numbers. They are not looking for ABC 123 or ABC 1234, they want ABC 1 or AC 1. The search above will help you identify the longer dateless registrations but if you are looking for the much more exclusive shorter numbers, then you can browse them here
